    If a business stops growing or experiences a downturn, the leadership team generally has a good idea of where the problems lie, but may not have the bandwidth or knowledge to uncover and attack the root of problem.

    Our initial consultation is designed to pinpoint those underlying problems and determine if we can help guide the leadership team, in other words, provide targeted business advising and coaching to help get the business back on track.

  • Executive Coaching

    A coaching relationship involves:

    • Clearly defining and prioritizing the underlying business problems

    • Developing a plan to attack those areas, including clearly defined milestones and timelines

    • A close working relationship between coach and client to ensure mutual accountability

    • In depth reviews at regular intervals to ensure a clear ROI for the client
